Enjoy stunning water views and frontage onto one of Inverloch’s best parks at The Esplanade 4. With three bedrooms and recently renovated bathroom and ensuite, this property sleeps EIGHT PEOPLE and combines location and comfort.
Boasting captivating views of the parkland and water views, this property is the perfect place for holidaymakers chasing the sun, or chasing a peaceful relaxation. With the inlet beach across the road and through the park, if you thought it couldn’t get any better, it does! The centre of town is only a short 1 minute stroll away, making it perfect for a summers evening stroll to the local pub for dinner.
The Esplanade 4 has reverse cycle air conditioning & heating on both levels, and boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms (incl. renovated en suite in master bedroom). The main bathroom has been recently renovated and features a state of the art rainfall shower head, making it that much harder to get out of the shower each day!
The kitchen plays host to a range of new appliances so your inner chef can have fun in the kitchen. You will also have direct access to the private heated pool, so on days you don’t want to hit the waves, you can sit back and relax by the pool.
Views overlooking the pool can be enjoyed from the rear balcony, and views of the park and the water can be enjoyed from the front balcony.
Sleeping Arrangements. The 2 storey townhouse sleeps up to 6 people, and is perfect for families to be able to spread out a little.
Location. Among a range of other attributes, the most Impressive thing about The Esplanade 4 is its central location. The centre of town is 1 minute walk, as are the 2 local pubs, and a variety of restaurants, cafe’s and shops,
2 minutes walk in the other direction will see you on at the fishing jetty and boat ramp.
Guests often say that they simply arrive, unpack, and that’s the last time they use the car for the entire holiday. Everything is just a short walk away.
However Inverloch is also perfect place to base yourself for drives through the beautiful South Gippsland Region. Wilsons Promontory (the southern most tip of the Australian Mainland) is just a short drive, as is Phillip Island, and the rolling hills of Leongatha and Korumburra.
